Humberview Insurance Brokers

I got in touch with Humberview Insurance brokers because they were supposed to be one of the best brokers in Toronto.
I spoke with Paula M. (from Toronto office) about home insurance.
She gave me a quote, and I told her I am pretty sure I will go with them but will confirm in few days. Few days later I got back and wanted to proceed. However, all of sudden , Paula M. needed to check something with her boos, something that was promised without doubt when we first spoke. I waited , and waited… Answer came only after 8 DAYS!?
How did Humberview got to be considered one of top brokers in Toronto is beyond me. They are extremely slow to respond, unconcerned with customers, unprofessional, promise things but them do not honor what was promised. They are embarrassment to profession.
TIME WASTERS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

Since Paula M. was not responding, I tried to get in touch with Mississauga office. I called them one day. Believe it or not, phone was ringing for more then 3 minutes, nobody answered, no possibility to leave the message. When I finally got through – receptionist was very COLD and somewhat rude. I left name and phone number, she promised “broker will call me shortly” NOBODY called. I called 3 days later – same thing: promise to cal but nobody did.

STAY AWAY !!!!

I was told one thing and the next thing I know something else happens. I'm stuck paying three months insurance all in one go. Very unhappy.
