Earl Shaw Insurance Brokers

I requested that my auto insurance be change to storage ins while I was deployed to Afgh. They say it would be done. A month later once I was deployed I was billed for complete coverage with no warning. I called to cancel the service becaseu I was upset that they didnt warn me or do what they said they would do but I was told that I had to come in in person and that it was to bad I was in Afghanistan. After an arguement they reluctantly emailed me a cancelation form wich I emaild back the next day. I was billed again in full only this time my account was empty. Then they billed me an "NSF" fee of $40 twice. I still dont know if im free of this problem.
