Sara Atkins is a transformational Positive Intelligence coach helping individuals with ADHD, (diagnosed or suspected), to focus their ideas, skills, and energies into achievement-oriented productivity. She has helped adults struggling in their careers, entrepreneurs, parents, moms returning to work, and youth to cultivate skills that enable them to master the gifts and challenges of ADHD. Having lived with undiagnosed ADHD most of her life, she learned techniques to work around her challenges, and now delights in helping others to do the same. Counseling and coaching since 2003, Sara has worked with people across a wide range of disciplines including scientists, artists, writers, engineers, and soldiers to live with greater success through self-mastery.
