Allstate Insurance

Allstate used to be good when they still had agents. Now, with only their offices to help you, you basically have no one there who knows you or cares. I am changing companies after over 30 years. Not only did they not address my claim of flooding in my basement but they had the audacity to raise my rate just because I made a claim - my first claim! Heaven knows how much my rate would have gone up had they actually covered any damages. So, in their perfect world, I have to pay for repairs to my basement as well as pay them even more for the privilege of having them reject my claim. And, adding insult to injury,after they rejected my claim they called to sell me even more home insurance! That is certainly not indicative of caring about their client - it's more in tune with making a buck, and they will have no more of mine, neither home nor auto. Please do not believe their commercials - shop and ask around.
