Abbas M. Baig is the Founding Principal of the BAIG LAW FIRM. A Barrister and Solicitor, Abbas obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. Abbas also holds a Master’s Degree (MSc.) with Honours, and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc.) with Honours, from the University of Guelph. After obtaining his law degree, Abbas articled with one of the best civil litigation law firms in Ontario, focusing on Personal Injury and Insurance Defence. Abbas has successfully argued motions before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has obtained various Orders from the Ontario Courts. Notable cases: 8443220 Canada Inc. v.
