Awful experience, we put a deposit of 500 and the day before the move they sent a message asking for another 100 before they move anything. The day of, they showed up and one guy slept in the truck for most of the day. The one guy was obviously on drugs and kept asking to do a shot with our alcohol. I would not recommend this company whatsoever, aside from Jermaine, everyone at this company seemed lazy and useless.

Ray and Brett were great. They worked so hard to make my move go smoothly. I have huge, heavy bedroom furniture that was so difficult to move and get up a tight staircase, but they made it work. They were patient and went above and beyond to help get everything I needed. I would hire them again for sure.

He was an hour late, wasted significant time while moving me and then charged me for longer then he was even there moving me.

I was quoted for 2-3 hours of moving plus 1 hour of travel (even though I am local). The owner moved at an intentionally slow pace and racked up my bill well beyond that. I gave a specific list of what was to be moved prior to the quote so there was no reason for the unexpected surcharge. Initially on the phone they tell you 3 people will be doing the move but later on it changes to just 2 for the same price. He said he would stop at Tim hortons while on the 1 minute drive from my apartment to the storage unit. I sat in the parking lot and waited at least 15 minutes. After the items were in my storage unit he sat in his truck talking and writing a new bill and tells me he stopped moving at 1230. I told him it’s only 1215 right now and you stopped at Tim Hortons on the way which took up that extra time. He said he could have charged me more and this is how he always does it. I told him he was scamming me. He obviously made me pay before I left and was mad. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
