Awful experience, we put a deposit of 500 and the day before the move they sent a message asking for another 100 before they move anything. The day of, they showed up and one guy slept in the truck for most of the day. The one guy was obviously on drugs and kept asking to do a shot with our alcohol. I would not recommend this company whatsoever, aside from Jermaine, everyone at this company seemed lazy and useless.

No idea how this company is still in business . Ray seemed warm and professional upon meeting him. Then the day of the move came and he screamed and cursed at the young guys working for him. I also found out that he essentially hires people off the street to come move for him and underpays them. I had given a cash tip to one of the guys who helped me out of my house in Kingston and ray called me the next day asking if I gave “that guy money and how much”. Then to top it off our personal belongings were stolen due to the moving truck being broken into the same night at their hotel which Ray failed to tell me until AFTER we noticed things were missing!! After Ray and his second assistant finished moving me into London (along with scrapes and dents into the wall) I still gave a cash tip which he decided to rudely count out in front of me.

Ray and Brett were great. They worked so hard to make my move go smoothly. I have huge, heavy bedroom furniture that was so difficult to move and get up a tight staircase, but they made it work. They were patient and went above and beyond to help get everything I needed. I would hire them again for sure.

He was an hour late, wasted significant time while moving me and then charged me for longer then he was even there moving me.

I was quoted for 2-3 hours of moving plus 1 hour of travel (even though I am local). The owner moved at an intentionally slow pace and racked up my bill well beyond that. I gave a specific list of what was to be moved prior to the quote so there was no reason for the unexpected surcharge. Initially on the phone they tell you 3 people will be doing the move but later on it changes to just 2 for the same price. He said he would stop at Tim hortons while on the 1 minute drive from my apartment to the storage unit. I sat in the parking lot and waited at least 15 minutes. After the items were in my storage unit he sat in his truck talking and writing a new bill and tells me he stopped moving at 1230. I told him it’s only 1215 right now and you stopped at Tim Hortons on the way which took up that extra time. He said he could have charged me more and this is how he always does it. I told him he was scamming me. He obviously made me pay before I left and was mad. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.
