Elena Nichols, LICSW is a mental health clinician case manager at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Her research interests include grief counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, trauma-informed approach and developmental disabilities.  She has been helping people in both one-on-one and group settings since 2012. Her primary focus is helping people going through transitions and dealing with grief, generational trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and depression and anxiety.
