Cozy Cottons Quilting

I’m Angela, the founder of Cozy Cottons Quilting. Our store opened in March 2022 and is a new step in a journey of creatively encouraging others. I was born, raised and continue to reside in the community of Chilliwack BC. I have always had an interest in creating; taking up sewing in my teen years, often opting to spend my weekend evenings staying home working on one project or another. I was nicknamed Susie homemaker to my friends. My interest in quilting began later though, after the birth of my twins. They were born early, at 25 weeks along, weighing 1 pound 8 ounces and had to spend 4 months in the neonatal intensive care unit. Each baby that spent time on this unit was in an incubator adorned with a quilt.
