I had an amazing experience with Let’s Get Moving Hamilton! They are honestly the fastest and best moving service in the GTA. Huge thanks to Arshdeep and Gurpreet for making the entire process so smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with care, worked super efficiently, and made moving feel effortless. Best service I’ve ever had—highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY – DO NOT USE

We hired this company to move our furniture out and back into our house during renovations.

During the move out, they broke one of our light fixtures. We didn’t complain and were willing to let that go.

However, when they returned our belongings from storage, multiple pieces of furniture were completely destroyed – not just scratched or damaged, but unsalvageable. These weren’t just inexpensive pieces — they included sentimental, irreplaceable items from my childhood home.

On top of being left with broken, unusable furniture that we now have to dispose of ourselves, it has been over a week and we still haven’t heard back from them about how they plan to make this right. When we spoke to them on the phone, they said they would cover the damages — but since then, they’ve gone silent and only followed up about collecting payment for the move.

Their customer service is appalling. The way they’ve handled this has been unacceptable, and I am shocked that businesses like this can operate this way in 2025.

And finally, everything they show on Instagram about wrapping and protecting furniture is a complete gimmick. None of it was actually done with our belongings.

Sarabjot and his team worked efficiently and very carefully with all our belongings and furniture. Prior to the move, I had worries about how fast and efficient my furniture can be moved, yet I was left pleasantly surprised by the hard work and commitment to ensure everything arrived perfect, unbroken and in time. I deeply appreciate Sarabjot and his team’s efforts immensely. Fully worth it!! Also, the price was competitive and even slightly lower than other quotes I received. This was the second time I used their services within two years and they did not disappoint. Gagan and Pawan were on time, efficient and handled things with great care, they are both very polite and hard working individuals and deserve a lot of respect. Highly recommend this company and I will be using them for my future moves with no hesitation.

Gaganpreet and Arsh were awesome! Super friendly, careful with everything, and really quick. They made the whole moving process way easier and stress-free. Everything was handled smoothly, and they were both really easy to talk to throughout the move.

I had a bad experience with Let's Get Moving Arlington, I was very displeased of the service. They arrived late to get Moving from my home, I spoke with the manager of Arlington, a day before the move. I was displeased because when they called me it was 9:35 a.m., and I requested to be at my residence before the window time. The manager stated; no worries they will be. They were to be at the new location of where I was moving to at
about 12:00 noon or at least 12:30 to be scheduled for the reserved loading dock at the new location, we had to get another reservation time which she scheduled us for 1:39 p.m. unfortunately it was available there were about (7) other movers moving at the same complex, the crew was unreliable, wasn't responsible, untrustworthy, my valuable items was damaged. I didn't receive know apologetic from Management, I was overcharged, my belongings was tampered with, and I was asked to remove my comment about Let's Get Moving company; because I was told I commented about the wrong company. Nevertheless, I didn't get the Professional service I paid for. I wouldn't recommend this Moving company to anyone. They refused to listen to my problem of concern, after damaging my items which was
expensive, and valuable to me. If I decide to sue this company I will request for hardship and suffering, it's not about the money, they still refuse to refund my money after the left me an email stating; they would!

I recently moved using Lets Get Moving for a second time. The team Paramveer, Simranjeet and Sukhmandeep were professional and efficient without compromising on the safety of my possessions. My furniture was well protected and moved with care. The company has great communication and competitive rates. While I hope not to have to move anytime soon, I would definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you so much!

I had a great team today, from Let's Get Moving North York, helping me with my move. I am a bit older and found it so much work getting ready to move, but these two young men took great care of me.
They were very careful with everything they were moving and tackled a couple of tough items to get out of the house.
They could not have been more pleasant and respectful and were also mindful of the clock.

Amazing service! Can't recommend it enough. Fast and efficient and the movers were very helpful, even disassembling a couple items I forgot to do in advance. It was a tough move with four flights of stairs and a difficult parking situation, but they pushed through without issue.

My second experience with this moving company and I found their movers to be polite, punctual, and very careful with my belongings. Be aware that discounts can be negotiated when you book your initial hourly rate and this can be advantageous. Also, as they do dock – to – dock billing, your final hourly charges will be higher than you expect. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend.

Very happy with our experience with this company.
We had three guys and a 26’ truck and these three were work horses! They only took 1/2 hour break and they started at 7:45 am and ended at 4 pm. they took great care of our items and wrapped up mirrors and shrink wrapped our furniture and no damages to anything.
They were polite and did all that we asked without question. What more can I ask for?!?!

These movers were great! Arrived on time. They took great care of my belongings. Always ready to ask me my preferences regarding the protecting of furniture and kept me informed of the progress being made as the move progressed.

Gurpreet & Hirdeypal - Special mention to these two men who made moving day such a breeze. They came on time and they worked non-stop from 8am -5pm. They are strong, well coordinated and work great together. They took great care of our stuff and were very careful unloading and lifting furniture up the narrow townhouse stairs. I would definitely hire them again!

The movers are very well behaved and try to give a good service. But they are not very professional as one of my item broke and my couch after setting up was not fitted strongly.

So I will give them a 3 star.

Also, they used to be a great moving company. Now they hire contract movers and they are not so responsible.

AVOID This Moving Company: Poor Service and Several Damages to Belongings and Property

I hired Let's Get Moving to assist with my recent move, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

During the move, the movers mishandled my furniture, resulting in significant damage to several items. Not only did they damage most of my furniture, but they also caused multiple scratches and dings to my hardwood floors.

The most alarming issue was with my child's loft bed, which was improperly assembled and left with missing cam connectors. This negligence posed a serious safety hazard to my child. Another child's bed had several unnecessary holes drilled into the siderails to attach the slats. The slats were missing screws and were just left loose sitting on top of the frame. I paid an extra fee to have my peloton machine moved, only for it to get damaged. We asked the movers several times if they were going to wrap/protect any of our belongings. They responded yes. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly nothing was.

Initially, I was assured by the moving consultant that any damages incurred during the move would be promptly addressed by sending out an expert repairman. However, when I raised these issues post-move, I was met with excuses and a minimal compensation offer that doesn't even come close to covering the cost of repairs. I paid several thousands of dollars for the majority of my belongings. I was not looking at getting my belongings replaced, I just wanted everything repaired especially for the safety of my children.

It's incredibly disappointing that Let's Get Moving failed to uphold their promises and obligations. Despite having documentation of the consultant's assurances, they backtracked and claimed no such promises were in the contract. A very contradicting company. Thalia in customer service said they would honor what Vishy (consultant) said. They would send a repairman and to give them time to find one. Next thing you know it, they go back on their word and say they won't do any of that.

As a customer, I expected professionalism, care, and respect for my property especially if they ask for a tip on the side. Instead, I encountered incompetence, damage, and a lack of accountability.

I strongly advise anyone considering Let's Get Moving to think twice. My experience highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction and their failure to fulfill their responsibilities.

If you value your belongings and expect a moving company that stands by its commitments, look elsewhere. This experience has been a costly lesson, and I hope others can avoid the same ordeal I endured.

I recently had an exceptional moving experience. We’re a couple. We were planning to move from our 2 bhk apartment. I opted for a full service move from Let’s get moving. The three movers arrived promptly, were incredibly professional and completely lifted the weight off our shoulders. Their efficiency allowed me to move everything smoothly and enjoy a peaceful day in my new apartment. They were friendly and diligent throughout, which significantly reduced my stress levels. I'm immensely grateful for their hard work and can't believe how quickly they managed everything in under seven hours.

The customer service was excellent! They promptly responded to my queries.

This was the best moving experience I've had in the recent past. Two movers who came on the exact time, were very professional and polite and literally took the entire burden out of our shoulder. I cant thank them enough for this very smooth experience. They even took care of the cleanliness during and after the move. Highly RECOMMENDED for others.

Great customer service all around. The movers were considerate and did everything as quick as possible. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 movers and it took about 5-6 hours, ended up costing about $715 total. We were also given a $25 discount by the phone operator who scheduled the move, and 5% off for paying cash. Highly recommend this moving company, they definitely helped make the move a LOT less stressful!!!

On March 23rd (1 month ago), ‘Let’s Get Moving - Toronto Movers’ provided me with an impeccable service for my move from Toronto to Montreal. Long distance moves are usually filled with excitement but also apprehension, and the movers Jesus and Akashdeep were extremely professional and very kind and patient when dealing with me. They were punctual, super careful when packing and unpacking my furniture so nothing would arrive damaged (and indeed nothing did!), showed a lot of work expertise and, on top of everything, were very pleasant to talk to and fun to be around. Kudos to the whole team behind the scenes too, from sales to customer care I felt a lot of attention and care was given and I can truly say I am a very satisfied client. Thanks a lot, Team!
