Auberge Du Val Royal

Used to take college courses in this building back when it was part of Sun Valley Hotel Suisse (The hotel/restaurant/bar and I thus must assume the ski hill are all no more.) and I was in my late teens to early 20's (1977 - 80). I did visit once back in the summer of '85 and the old hotel had not yet been torn down but was derelict. I am glad to see the A frame annex above the pool is still there and functioning as an inn. If it retains even a portion of the beauty that made it so appealing in the last century then it is well worth the stay. I'd certainly give it a go again myself.
