More than 5 years ago, my son was refused a visa, and we turned to Jane Katkova. During this time, he received an entry visa, a study permit, then a visa extension and a study permit extension. My son graduated from college, and received a work permit, and now he has received a PR. Everything was done through Jane Katkova & Associates. Irina Tulneva works with us. She is very experienced, competent, knowledgeable specialist, always answers all your questions. If you want to get results, don't hesitate to contact this company.

WORSE Immigration Company !.... would not be enough to describe services i recieved and experience i went through with Jane Katkova herself and her company. Maybe Now Jane Katkova is more Professional and more Dedicated to her Clients who put all their trust in her hands at the time of the proces, but for me SHE DID NOTHING GOOD, exept providing me with a terrible immigration advise ended up SUING me and taken legal actions for the Job half way done and cause of her Terrible Advise i ended up making NOT right decision for the Immigration of my parents. SHame to have such poorélow sckills professionals and low people personality person representing such important topic like Immigration in Canada. Think twice! Do Better REASEARCH, i would Never Recommend using this company to noone!

After very bad experience with 2 previous lawyers I and my husband were recommend to go to Jane Katkova & associates and after a bit more than a year our immigration process is done!! I came to Jane Katkova & Associates after I had a bad experience with Rochon Genova LLP. One of their top lawyers ruined my immigration case, and I had to leave Canada. Veronika and Jane helped me to return to Canada, filed all the necessary forms and after two years, I got a positive decision on my case.
Veronika helped me to fill all the forms and to collect required documents. She even worked on New Year's Eve preparing my documents, which had to be sent out first thing in the morning.

Would never recommend this Firm , came for first appointment in order to get the information about the sponsorship program ( to know the time frame of this procedure , Cost and info about documents that i need to supply) spoke with Veronika Barbakadze for about 15min and she send me an invoice for 300$ for " consultation " . No one notify me that my first appointment ( sponsorship inquiry - 15 min talk) will cost 300$ , i never sigh any form and i told Veronika Barbakadze that i need 1 week in order to make decision if to start the sponsorship procedure with her or not . when i called and said : i decide to go with different Firm she send me this invoice . And main reason why i didn't go with her proposal because she want the FULL payment upfront and not like in normal Firm half at the start of the process and half when file is open or approved . From my personal experience i advise not to deal with that Firm , save your money and look elsewhere if you don't want to be Scammed !
