This year we decided to change our Furnace unit so we called few contractors. Cosmopolitan sales person Mark came to our house for estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable so we gave the job to Cosmopolitan heating and cooling. After agreeing to go ahead with the job the work was scheduled for the very next day. The crew, leading with Jim, showed up on time and spent the better part of the day working. Installation was completed on the same day. The work place was left very clean. The next day we received a call from Mark asking about the job. We were very glad with this follow up call. I was very happy with the installation process. I would certainly recommend Cosmopolitan heating and cooling to neighbours and friends for fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
