Positive Changes Hypnosis

I enrolled in QUIT SMOKING PROGRAMM after goig through the advertisement in Local newspaper. I went there and was told that success is guranteed or I will get my refund. I told them specificaly that I will be leaving by the end of December and they assured me of sucess withing 30 days or before I leave. I trusted the person Mr Priyan who is the CFO there. They gave me the so called sucess stories and were very nice to me. They told me that with hypnosis they will change my thinking pattern and my urge to smoke will recede. However after joining the course I was made to listen to some CD's and when it did not had any effect , I was told that I have to wait for the expert session. I was also told that they will give me extra session so that i am smoke free through out life. I trusted them. Later while I went regularly there , nobody was paying any attention , and there were no experts to be seen. When I asked about it I was told to be patient. After some time I was told that they can not complete the course within December as they were closing down for Holidays. I have following grievences against the company . A) They misguided me by saying that Success is 100% guranteed. B) Mr Priyan did not tell me that they will be closing for 2 weeks and withheld the information. C) They cheated me by giving wrong information. My hope is that nobody falls in their trap , and people become aware of these Scamsters. Later They refused to give me any refund , and just offered me the CD's whch to me are useless. I joined the course only after getting the verbal assurance and gurantee that I will be smokefree. I paid close to 1000 $ upon this assurance. Had I known that all I will get is some kind of CD's I would have opted for some self help course
