Nice enough units however.... renters beware. When we moved in we were told that if it came down to a choice between diapers or rent, that we should choose diapers. That turned out to be a huge lie.
My son almost died a few times in his first year of life between the brain damage at birth and the organ failure in infancy... of which there was no compassion from the co-op. They evicted us and then right before Christmas, sued us. That's right, this supposed family oriented co-op ended up being the worst mistake I have made in a rental... ever.
If its a choice between homelessness and the Carlin, I would dare say homelessness would be a better idea.

Very spacious and in a good part of town.

The Board led by Maria is a vendictive busy-bodied cluster of old lady types who enjoy harassing tennants. They start out friendly then attack each tennant in time.

Very disruptive to family life and to overall family well being not to mention health!
