These gov't housing projects should not be allowed to take over complete streets or in this case many streets. In doing so, you group large quantities of people that lack certain qualities.
Some people in these homes are okay, however my immediate neighbours have not been the most upstanding. Some of the problems were serious mental, anti-social, domestic fighting, uncontrollable kids, serious exterior hording of garbage, not able to clean/take care of their yards, wrecks, etc. I hope to awake some day to see both the slums and the inhabitants vaporized. Housing co-ops or whatever its called should only be allowed a max of 1 or 2 houses per street and not situated together; maybe then they would be able to assimilate and learn how normal people live; eventually become productive members of society.
