GROUCHY service!!! Rude, actually when I think about it. I drove over 200 KM to return a roasting pan that I had purchased because it was not "18/10 stainless steel", which I didn't realize until I got home. I checked the shelf when I got back to the store and there was a 'store-made' sign that indicated the product was "18/10 stainless steel". Annoyed at their error I asked to speak to someone that could offer a small compensation discount on the price of the other roaster that I was purchasing (instead). The manager I was referred to was too impatient to listen to my concerns, unapologetic and argumentative. He got very defensive and blamed the company (the roaster's manufacturer) saying "... they used to have 18/10 on the box, it's not my problem if they don't anymore; nothing I can do about it!...". No apology or concern for me, the customer. Just an angry manager looking for an argument. I'm giving 1.5 stars for the store's selection. This used to be my kitchen supply store of choice. I've got one more trip though -- I'm returning the $479 stand mixer I purchased for my Mom for Christmas. Oh, good news for future shoppers though - he angrily ripped the sign off the shelf while I was there! Bottom line - don't assume the store-made signs are accurate.
