It's a dump no question about that also it is full of drunks very rundown not a place I would ever go to again
Not a nice place if your looking for piece and quiet it's full of drunks and drug is living there fulltime great place if your looking for a fulltime party music blasting all the time woke up at two am full of dirty animals messing all over the place and not cleaned up in very bad disrepair and can't get anything done it's a place where they have there hand out for money but don't ask for nothing in return all I can say is its a dirty run down dump don't. Consider this no matter what the circumstances are
