Bay Bloor Executive Suites, Toronto Reviews (1)
BROKEN ELEVATORS, PAYING FOR "CONCIERGE" SERVICE YOU DON'T GET
Please be advised that while the staff is great - that you will be sadly disappointed with the Oxford head office management.
The building is ALWAYS running with one broken elevator - thus wait times can be up to 3 minutes and 45 seconds (I have timed it!) and don't be surprised if you are STUCK in the elevator at least once a year (its scary!).
Please also be advised that Oxford advertises a "concierge" service - none is offered. They recently stopped enabling the staff to accept packages on tenant's behalves (every other Bay street apartment WILL accept it - this has lead me to have to send all my packages to friend's apartments that do not live at 1101 Bay). Therefore they are advertising a service that is not offered - short of that I can't imagine any "concierge" service.
For the price you pay - short of the nice staff - please be prepared to deal with broken elevators, unfriendly head office management, and paying for "concierge" services that are not given.
