Very bad experience with this company in trying to get an estimate/quote on replacing windows. They seem disorganized, slow in communication, and keep asking me for the same information that their sales people collected already when they came out to measure the windows. They keep dropping the ball - I have to follow-up constantly. They seem inept and lazy, unfortunately, after all of the energy I've put in to getting a simple cost quote. A big waste of time. I cannot recommend them at all.

Adrian and his guys did a complete house window job for us in October this year. They did an outstanding job and we found them to be very cordial respective and helpful during their time here. I highly recommend them for any work you’d want done. We had an excellent experience with them. Most importantly for a homeowner they were patient in answering questions which isn’t always the case With others.

We had a great experience purchasing from United Windows. Called and made an appointment. The rep that arrived came not only on time but 5 minutes early, unlike another company who didn't even show on the appointed time and day that we scheduled.

United windows were extremely prompt, had great communication and delivered on quality windows. 5 Stars for Jonathan and his team.

This crew was wonderful! They provided us with excellent customer service and workmanship. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and making me aware of a larger problem with our siding. Then working with our original siding contractor to help navigate the issue. The entire crew was friendly and professional. We cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 will use again. Thanks guys!

I am so excited I finally got my new windows and door installed. I interviewed about half a dozen companies before hiring United Windows. My main reason for choosing them is the reviews and follow-up responses on Yelp. Whenever a customer encountered an issue with the warranty, this was the only company I encountered that actually took measures on addressing whatever issues there may have been.

Aside from this, everyone I encountered from United Windows was incredible. The salesperson, Allan, showed up promptly for our appointment. I gave him an estimate of how much I wanted to spend based on my other quotes. He provided me with an array of options and gave me an excellent price.

I was told the installation would take about 3-4 months, however, I signed the contract on May 8th and the installation was completed on May 28th.

Juan and Miguel were the installers. They are awesome. They always came exactly when promised (to do final measurements and installation). They were pleasant and professional. They removed all my old material and even cleaned up after themselves by sweeping all debris. I am so impressed by the service. Additionally, the quality and look of the windows and doors are absolutely beautiful. The mechanisms work seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier.

Adrian went well above and beyond what I was expecting with ensuring we had a proper fit and good thermal layer to help against those cold Iowa winters. I am very impressed with the custom wood trim and casement work they performed on-site.

Help with home renovation. Installed 5 windows and a door. Clean, accurate work. Seamless and efficient. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. These are my guys for my next house.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are scammers, take your money, promise you work then never show up or call. We’ve now been ghosted after them promising us a refund in 14 days SIX WEEKS AGO. We signed our contract for new windows in September of LAST YEAR and patiently waited as Adrian promised us multiples different completion dates. Still no windows + now still no refund. Will be going to court. Please save yourself from this horrible situation we are now in, with no money to get new windows we DESPERATELY need, as our children’s room windows are broken so the elements are a huge problem for them. We spent many days this summer sleeping in the basement because it was too hot to be upstairs due to the broken windows. All because Adrian took our money, overbooked himself and won’t refund his clients for work that was never completed. So so so disappointed and praying this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I have used this company twice. I am extremely satisfied with my sliding door and windows. The service is excellent from beginning to end. They all work so easily and look great. They always came on time. The installers were very clean and did an excellent job at installing and cleaning up afterword. The prices were very good too. I would highly recommend this company for your sliding doors and windows.

I have been using United Windows since 2013. Not only do I use them for all my remodels but I also used them for my personal home! I also refer them to EVERYBODY! they do an amazing job!!. No complaints at all. They have great service, a great product and they have great and reasonable pricing. I never have to worry about their quality of work or products. It makes me so happy to find a company who I can just feel at ease with.
