Jada was such a pleasure to deal with.
I spoke with her on the phone one day and then I and went to see her. I knew I was in the wrong business when they told me the box I needed was 49.50 (18×18×12). I was at the ups in kemps river next to the dollar tree. I went outside and called jada and she was kind enough to get me to her store, I was at the wrong end of the shopping center. She stayed on the phone with me until I got to her store, she went above and beyond with me. The box I needed was 8.99 (18×18×4)
Big difference. Extremely polite, very nice, helpful very patient. Got a new customer here.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting April the owner. She was awesome as well. She went above and beyond also.
They have a loyal customer here, I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any shipping needs or anything for that matter.
I wish that customer service was like that everywhere.
