I have a furnace maintainence package with TH Oliver which states that all diagnostic fees are covered. When I had problem with my furnace and had a service person come to my house, he did diagnose the problem, however he slapped me with a $140 fee. It took over 2 weeks for TH Oliver to get back to us regarding our complaint. They have now told us that there will be no refund as our particular problem was not covered by their package. There is no such exception in our contract, nor is one listed on their website. I feel very cheated and ripped off by TH Oliver and hope that others avoid this company.
