Excellent service :)
Super kind, very professional, punctual and reliable :) The move was stress-free. The 3 guys with Yohann worked with respect and were careful with our belongings. I would definitely hire them again and recommend this moving company.

My hats off to such a great experience with Haegelin Transport. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any move! The owners are great and they are very careful with your things to ensure no damage. I will definitely be using them again!

To consider:
Provide designated labeled pouches on truck for very small objects, screws, consoles as client can be overwhelmed and lose track of objects handed to them on moving day
Call day before move as early as possible (or send automated email) to confirm for peace of mind of client
Ensure all smaller pieces are moved with bigger pieces (vents, hoses)
Had to repeat several times to take items and they were still left behind; have a clipboard with notes to track
Provide colored large stickers to label and categorize boxes or suggest to client to purchase them
Send email with best practice moving prep tips and client to do to ease movers work
Speed of moving is average

I have had Yohann and Isabelle move items in my house 3 times over the past year. They are super! Always careful, they take their time and very respectful and caring. I would highly recommend them.
We have used Haegelin Transport for 4 moves now and we are more than satisfied. Very professional, courteous and very good at what they do. Very meticulous and caring about your furniture. Not one scratch, dent or broken item during our 4 moves with them. I would recommend them for your next move!
