Don't waste your time or money, Shawn and Brenda Phillips will steal both. He is unknowledgable of concrete and masonry. He will subcontract to a different company or send random contractors to look at his work. When his subcontractors come to look at the job Shawn will claim to get sick and is unable to finish the work he started. Then state to the BBB or Consumer Services that you hired a different company to complete it (aka the contractors he sent over to finish). Also, the work he started will have to be torn out as it will not be done correctly. So skip the hassle and find an honest company. Hiring Phil Good will get you nothing but lies and an incomplete project that another company will have to fix. Also, read the contract carefully he using wording so Phil Good Construction isn't liable. He will write his name saying he did the project as Shawn and the company is under his wife Brenda's name.

Added the photos of the footers he poured that was for a home addition. Then abandoned the contract when his subcontractors refused to complete the masonry part. That's how I found out the footers were not done correctly.
