The technology of hearing care has advanced rapidly, and because Dr. Jane sits on panels for manufacturers of hearing aids, she’s privy to the development of the latest products. She has even taken a leadership role and offered products not yet on the market to her patients as a test group to provide feedback. We work with top manufacturers, such as Phonak, Oticon, Unitron, Lyric, Widex and Resound. Today’s devices are more discreet than ever before and are better at discerning noises, and can be adjusted via any Bluetooth device. As a trained audiologist, Dr. Jane is also qualified to treat tinnitus, the perception of hearing noises that are not present, often resulting a ringing in the ears. We utilize a Progressive Tinnitus Management Program that includes assessment and sound therapy. Unlike more institutional hearing centers, we work with each individual patient to create a unique pricing structure to bring down the cost of aids and hearing care.
