I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Foresight. I received my Master's Degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Trauma, and I am a current PhD candidate in Psychology with a focus on International Trauma. I am a professional member of the American Psychological Association and a certified member of the National Board of Mental Health Counselors. I continue to educate myself by attending national and local conferences, and keeping up with current therapeutic research. I have experience working with teens, adults, and families using trauma informed, strength based approaches, and mindfulness practices.
