Johnny and Asad are great. Johnny directed us to the right size of storage space and did an amazing job accommodating us with dates that kept changing (from our part). The location is great, the building is super clean and we love our wide door storage.

I’ve been using this storage facility for about seven months. The location itself is well-maintained and clean, I’ve noticed that the open ceiling leads to some sediment accumulation on my stored items, which is a minor inconvenience.

One issue I found disappointing was the price increase after six months. The rate I initially received was discounted, and I expected it to remain the same for the duration of the year I signed up for. However, the price increased more than anticipated even before the year was up. I can understand a rate adjustment after the annual period, but this change felt premature.

I’ve also experienced consistent communication issues. I have tried calling... calls have gone unanswered. I was initially in touch with someone at the Parisien location since it manages the Kenaston location, but soon after they stopped responding. It’s now been over three months without any follow-up.
I also sent an email through the online portal three weeks ago, but have yet to receive a response.

While I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the lack of responsiveness and unexpected price hikes have left me frustrated.

I definitely recommend - I‘ve had really great experience with Johnny, and earlier with Maria. The storage units at the Kenaston Rd location are so convenient: easy loading and unloading, lots of dollys handy, easy to access, very clean, well maintained. Great promotions.

I decided to move my belongings from Dymon to Access due to the significant price difference for the same size unit. While Access may not have the same upscale amenities as Dymon, it absolutely got the job done. Be sure to ask about any current promotions they may have, as they are usually very accommodating when it comes to discounts. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ending my contract was straightforward and hassle-free, with minimal paperwork involved. Overall, I highly recommend this Access location and would definitely choose them again if I need storage in the future.

This is a very flexible and top quality location. Plentiful dollies, impeccable cleanliness and reliable temperature control. The only thing I would add would be 24/7 access which would really help people moving from afar unloading after arriving late.

Excellent customer service, top of the top, super accommodating and flexible, extremely efficient and easy going, María is incredible and her work ethics impeccable, very nice and she made all arrangements smoothly and perfectly for us to move from 380 Vantage to their location which is closer to our apartment. Highly recommended!!!

Had a 5'x10' unit for about a year. Clean facilities, spacious and their staff, while not on location, are helpful online/over the phone. Facilities are inaccessible between 11pm and 5am which can be inconvenient depending on your situation, but aside from that, great experience.

Great indoor and heated self-storage facility, very practical and accessible, staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms on site for those long moving days. No issues and highly recommended.

Clean new storage building easy to access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be 5 stars if the entrance allowed my Ford Transit (over 10 ft high) to pull in. No big deal parking is close and lots of carts. Plus the electronic opener was broken had to roll the door up manually.
