STAY AWAY from Mark Warner/Warner Construction/Prime Time Construction Management Inc./PrimeTime Construction Management! He is based in Middletown, New York. Our whole experience with this guy has been a nightmare.
He is grossly negligent and incompetent and caused so much damage to our property.
He will lie straight to your face, make excuses one can think of and will become defensive, condescending and rude when you call out his BS.
Our basement flooded three times because of his negligence and compromised the foundation of our house due to the work that he did!
He has no respect for our home/property and left our house and backyard a complete mess.
He would bring new set of workers to do work in our projects since he did not pay his previous guys and sub contractors. He takes advantage of them. One of the carpenters mentioned that Mark owes them $30k for previous projects and promised more work but they never get paid. The guys that did our drywall came to our house multiple times threatening to put a lien on our property because Mark did not pay them. His electrician was reaching out to me because he couldn’t get hold of Mark.
Last week a letter from a law firm for Mark Warner was mailed to our home demanding that he pay a plumbing contractor that he used. This contractor never worked in our home but Mark gave our address and used it as his. We were so confused but obviously he had a sinister plan for doing that.
We hired Mark to do multiple projects (basement, mudroom, shoe cabinet) in our house and gave him a deposit on January 2023. They started in April 2023 and promised that basement will be finished in 2-3 months. We also hired him to build a sunroom and he asked for a deposit right away to “lock in the price”. He volunteered to do our front steps for free if we pay for the materials. We paid Mark for the materials in July 2023 but he never delivered it to us.
We gave him many chances to complete the basement and he gave us all the excuses you can think of and kept promising to complete our basement. He blames his guys for incompetence and claims that they bleed him dry. It was December 2023 and our basement was not even close to being completed.
We were left with an unfinished basement, no mudroom, no shoe cabinet, no sunroom and costly repairs to fix all his mistakes and negligence.
Mark damaged our

-driveway and broke our fire pit when he was using his equipment at our backyard.
Our laundry room had no dryer vent, bathroom had no exhaust vent, we had open electrical live wires hanging inside our ceilings, and leaking water pipes. One of the egress windows that he installed could not be opened because it was placed under our deck while the cover for the other egress window does not fit. I cannot believe how this guy is in the construction business. The list of damages and needed repairs just goes on.
We were ahead with our payments with Mark, when we fired him in December 2023, and asked for our money back. He immediately said that he will file for bankruptcy. Seems he is used to this process and it’s how he operates.
Hiring Mark Warner was the worst decision we’ve ever made! He is a crook! We have photos, videos and screenshots of our conversations with him to prove it!

Flooded our house and abandoned the project after 18 months of hassles for a 1 car garage. Do not allow this conman to swindle you out of your time and money.
