I am extremely upset about my recent experience. I scheduled a grooming appointment by phone and was asked about my dog’s breed and size, but at no point was I asked about medical conditions. Upon arrival, I informed the staff that my dog has a heart murmur after they asked me and was then told they could not see her. This resulted in a complete waste of my time. I regularly come to Petco for both vaccinations and grooming, and this experience was very disappointing. This should have been addressed during scheduling, not after arrival. I will no longer use Petco for my pet needs!!

Such a great morning cat food run. I was greeted and helped by Melany! She was great. Helped when I had a question about a product and helped me check out. She is such a great worker! Bless her.

Skip this place, they are so bad and I don’t know what they do to the dogs since yesterday my puppies legs jumped and she is so nervous. I took my puppy yesterday at 5.45 pm for grooming. Before I went to the appointment I called them two times. I let them know I have a puppy if I could take her a bit earlier or if they would have extra person to help since she is a puppy. At 5.45 they said my puppy would be ready at 7.30 pm. It was also a girl who was helping the groomer to hold dogs and give haircut, when I took my puppy her shift was over and she left, the groomer was alone and I recorded my puppy how she was screaming while the girl just left. After two hours they brought my puppy back and they said we couldn’t touch her face because she is moving. Ofcourse 4 months puppy move. You unprofessional people should have someone to hold and help since the groomer was alone. Never take your babies there they are horrible and my dog legs are jumping every a few mins. The manager Meline seemed like she didn’t care and she was so rude

I usually have a good experience at Petco, but my recent visit was extremely upsetting. The employee who helped me at the register was rude and unhelpful from the start. What made it worse was that her attitude noticeably changed after seeing my skin color — something I’ve never experienced before at any store.

I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I’m not even sure if the name on the receipt is her real name, but it’s listed there. I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure no other customer has to go through something like this again.

Staff are awesome especially the manager Daniel. Daniel needs to get promoted. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Overall great person with an awesome work ethics. Another employee that needs to be recognized for their hard work and dedication is Jasmine. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!! YOU ARE TRULY APPRECIATED.
