Horrible Registration Clerk, Lori. Very loud, and no information is private. She tells me my address and phone number, instead of asking me. From her desk her voice and every question address and phone number could be heard all across the waiting room.

Took absolutely no care for my information or that of every other patient behind me.

Ask patients the questions instead of putting our information across the waiting room.

Privacy and Confidentiality are not important or respected at this Hospital.

I took an ambulance to Langley Memorial Hospital because I get very severe vertigo. I was taken to a bed and left there for hours with no assistance at all. After a long time I was extremely frustrated and felt well enough to walk. I got up and started to walk out. I was tackled by a large staff member from behind who broke my foot in the process. He took me back to my bed. After I complained about what had happened, embarassed, they quickly discharged me.

I came back the next day and got a cast. They tried to get me to sign a release of liability in order to cover the cost of the cast. I refused to and they sent me a bill for the cast.

I had my son here via c-section, and also a tumor removal surgery 6 months afterwards. The care was nothing but absolutely stellar. I was very nervous while getting my spinal tap done and the nurse with me gave me a big hug and rubbed my back soothing me while it was done. My days of care afterwards was full of wonderful nurses who came to visit even when they didn't have to. One even watched my son for me so I could get some much needed sleep.

For my tumor removal the dr was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, calmed me right down. The surgery was a success and recovery went well. Fantastic place to go if you need surgery.

My first trip to a Canadian Emergency room. Wow not what I was hope for with all the hype on how great the Canadian health care is ya if you can get in to see the doctor. My son was having chest pains and shortness of breath any one with a brain would say we need to go to the hospital when you have a child that looks pail and can't breath right well that is what we did thinking it's okay we will find out what's wrong. Well shame on them a waiting room with 8 people tops 6 hours later and my son has not been seen yet and only 2 people have been called back. I have had my share of the long waits in the emergency rooms 2/ hours at the most in the states but 6 hours and nothing shame on them for playing with the life's of children . I got into my car drove my son across the border and to the hospital and got him seen and checked with in a hour and a half just shocked . And I pay MSP. There should been different guide lines for children also I am not just thinking about my son but there were people in real pain leaving that is not a good sing no matter were your from .

I was visiting from Manitoba when I developed Cellulitis - a serious bacterial skin infection. I received effective & efficient nurse & doctor care - they quickly treated & resolved my condition which could have become very serious. What was really outstanding is that the nurse who worked with us those 2 days actually showed that she cared about me and went above & beyond to help me & my husband feel comfortable and that we were in good hands - the greatest attribute of a nurse. That one nurse made the difference in our care & our visit to BC! Just GREAT! We returned to Winnipeg with the perscription & treatment instructions we needed to complete my treatment. Well Done!

They treated me horribly for my pre-operation appointment staff was very rude and horrible even worse than surrey. I am scared to even go there for my surgery.
