they wont provide parts for the units they sell, i had a compressor to replace and they told me never to call them again!!!!!
i sold over 50 of there central air conditioners and half of them were changed at our cost because they will not honor the warranty, we sold thousands of air conditioners and never had to replace any other brands, but with longhill when parts go wrong, we never got any replacements!! I WOULD STRONGLY DISCOURAGE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FLIMSY CARACTERS
there staff changes reguraly, only the familly members remain the same... No Service, left me out in the cold with about 6 thousand dollars of lost profit, not to mention labor!
