After paying $40 for leotards/tights that ran the first time I wore them, I asked for a refund. Person describing herself as the owner accused me of not being careful with them and putting my nail through them; said that the fact that I was raising my voice meant that I was "guilty". Owner walked away from cash and refused to transact a refund or credit for 10 minutes. Finally permitted me to choose merchandize in lieu.
