Peter founded ESC about 35 years ago to provide mechanical engineering services to support energy management in the S.F. Bay Area, The firm grew to provide plans and specs to provide projects for Lockheed, Hewlet Packard, El Camino Hospital and about 100 others. Peter expanded the sevices in the 1990's to provide electrical contractor services to maintain electric utility substations and customer electric power distribution systems. About 10 years ago the PG&E client requested an upgrade of the natural gas pressure regulator operations in the meter shop. ESC provided a manual and automated Regulator Testing Machine (ARTM). ESC was referred to Socal Gas and we provided their meter shop with a manual as well as an automated ARTM.
