I called them a week prior to my move and they were able to fit me into the schedule despite such short notice. I planned to move from Arizona to Texas and this seemed like such a stressful experience but they really made it so much better for me. Everything was packed fast and the delivery was timely too. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

The most basic service of having our stuff moved from one place to another was not fulfilled. Over half of our furniture was left in our apartment due to a lack of space in the truck. The things that did make it to the next place were broken, missing parts, and water damaged. This included several heirlooms, expensive items, and a piano.
The inventory specialist we spoke to misquoted our cubic feet allotment by over 600 cubic feet. Not only were we charged an extra $3,000 for the “wiggle room” we were promised, but we also left over half of our furniture including a mattress, bed, several shelves, bikes, and multiple boxes. There was also an additional “long carry” fee that was not quoted to us in our initial agreement.
This is not a reputable moving company. This company was hacked and all of our personal information was compromised. The weekend of our move there were a series of phone calls with misinformation regarding when our movers would be there and how to know if they were not impersonators. Once the movers arrived, they did not begin moving our things until three hours after arrival. They did not communicate to us what was happening while they were there. I reached out to the emergency customer service line multiple times and no one was available to tell me if this was safe.

We experienced a smooth relocation thanks to PT Van Lines! Tony and Walter were outstanding! They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and worked quickly. They took excellent care of our goods, and there were no problems or damages, even though it was a very long distance. The pricing did not surprise me; it was in accordance with the quote estimate I received when I booked. I would definitely suggest them and would hire them again in the future!

Moving is always a difficult, tiring, and overwhelming process. We did it correctly this time by selecting these guys. From the initial meeting to provide us with an estimate to the fantastic packing staff that took a very full house and packed everything in 9 hours, everything was ready to go. They took tremendous care with our belongings when loading the vehicle so that nothing was damaged. The truck arrived on time, and it took four hours and more to unload and relocate the bulk furniture. There were no marks or damage on any of the furnishings. We had the impression that they treated our things as if they were their own. Our move took us across multiple states, and Tony and his team were there for us every step of the way. Can’t be grateful more - absolutely recommend them.
