A great stop at exit 1 . Easy to reach after Port Huron/Sarnia border crossing. Clean rooms, great pool/fitness area. Restaurant has changed style, so it's not as good as last year.

I recently went to Bain as my 10 year old son wanted to try the meat platter. Our food was so bad, we literally couldn't eat it. All of our meat was awful except the sausage which I think came from a package anyways, but the ribs were so tough that I couldn't even cut it, the meat ball was super hard and overcooked and the bacon was flappy, the pulled pork tasted like pure mustard and even looked yellow which is strange and the brisket was disgusting and cold. The only thing that was decent was the French fries and chicken leg. We really didn't want to complain, so we pretended to be full, paid and left. Our server was very pleasant though. I think the owners should investigate the chef situation though.

We were served by Madi S for our table of 6. Her friendly and professional service was wonderful. We all had different menu choices from wings, nachos ,wraps poutine and even steak.
All menu choices were hot and well presented. Thanx for a lovely birthday celebration. We will definitely return

Has quite a varied menu. The salmon was especially good. Service was first rate. Some quite nice Canadian wines on the wine list.
