White Eagle Homes Ltd

Built our first ever home with White Eagle Homes and can not recommend them enough. Their unique design in their homes differ from any other builder I’ve seen. Bozena and Mike go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your house and will work with you throughout the whole process. They put in the best quality and products and make sure you are satisfied with every decision you make in building your home. Will only ever build my next home though White Eagle Home, and would truly only recommend them to anyone in the market looking to build their dream home.

We had a custom build in mind and both Mike and Bozena from White Eagle Homes worked closely with us to fulfill our ideal home image when other builders were not even interested in helping us and just wanted to sell us a "cookie cutter" home. White Eagle built our dream home to beyond our expectations and worked closely with us throughout the entire process. Their suggestions and experience culminated in an excellent home we are so very proud to show off. Both Mike with his building knowledge and skill and Bozena with her drive and experience have created our forever home. We are so pleased that our long wait to find a builder for our home ended with the White Eagle team. There were a few minor issues which is inevitable in any home build, but were taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction with one phone call. This is the third year in our new home and we are still so very pleased with every aspect of the build.

We build two houses with White Eagle and had no major issues. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. There were minor issues, but they were resolved in amicably way. I wish they would be resolved sooner but at the end everything was to our liking. Based on this we decided to build another house with White Eagle. Again, overall experience was positive.

Agree 100% with the other comments. Had the same exact experience... DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!!!
Will never honour any warranties, and once they get your money they wipe their hands of you. Very unethical people. Even when there are code issues they refuse to deal with the issue and keep saying that everyone else is wrong. I wish I would have never built with them.

As soon as this builder has turn over the unit to the owner then goodbye to your warranty just fix it yourself at your own expense.

This husband and wife owner of the company do not care about their customers. They are very poor on after sale service. I have very bad experience, their exterior wall Stucco finish were peeling off, windows & doors are leaking and poor workmanship on driveway concrete work. I will never buy house to White Eagle Homes anymore.

Stay away from this builder, both the owner and his wife are unethical. They overpromise and underdeliver. They hire sub contractor that are not licensed and pay cash for jobs so you end up with no warranties. Speaking of warranty - good luck with that! They do no warranty after they get your money. They pour concrete which cracks, because they hire fly by night contractors who use sand as a base for the concrete which washes away, and you end up with more problems than expected
