We are building our home with Pacesetter and everything seems to be an upgrade. When you walk through one of their showhomes it is upgraded to the nines, When you sit down and talk to the Sales people be prepared that your house will cost an extra $20,000 to $30,000 more in upgrades even the basic things like mdf wood railings and spindles are a $10,000 upgrade to add granite in the kitchen is $8,500 these people rip you off on everything. I do not recommend building with them, their finishings are nice but at a very steep price. I would never build with them again it had been a headache.
