​I recently visited Access Storage to store my personal belongings, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the facility. Moving and storing items can often be a stressful and cluttered experience, but this location completely changes that narrative. From the moment you arrive, it is immediately obvious that this is a professionally managed operation.
​The first thing that strikes you is the sheer size of the place. The facility is massive, yet incredibly well-organized. The layout is spacious, with wide corridors and loading areas that make maneuvering furniture or large boxes hassle-free. Unlike other cramped storage units I have seen where you feel like you are squeezing through a maze, this facility feels open and accessible. It made the physical act of moving my things in significantly easier than I anticipated.
​Security was my top priority, and Access Storage definitely delivers on that front. The facility feels like a fortress in the best possible way. Between the gated access, the surveillance systems, and the general build quality of the units, I walked away feeling completely confident that my belongings were safe. It is clean, well-lit, and clearly maintained with a high attention to detail.
​I will admit that the pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to some budget options out there. However, in the world of storage, you really do get what you pay for. If you are looking for the absolute cheapest option, this might not be it. But if you value security, cleanliness, and a stress-free environment for your possessions, the premium price is absolutely justified. It is a great place, and I would highly recommend Access Storage to anyone who wants peace of mind knowing their things are in good hands.

I had a great experience with the access storage on queen st. Chantel and Victoria were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all things storage related. I rented my unity mand got the complete walk thru and feel i was treated quite fairly with the rates and services that are offered. I highly recommend this clean, safeand centrally located location.

The facility is very clean and well-kept. The fact that this location is all inside and heated is nice if you're moving stuff around in the winter. The staff here are great too.

I inquired about a storage unit and Victoria was a great help, she explained everything perfectly and made it all easy to understand even the user agreement.
Also I was impressed with the flexible options. Often businesses will hit customers with fees for any change, but access storage policies allow employees to provide the best customer experience.

I went there just to inquire about a storage unit, but Douglas was incredibly supportive and helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and was super friendly throughout the whole process. His customer service was beyond amazing—I’d give him 100 stars if I could, not just 5! Truly a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff helped in many ways. They guided us through the application process, gave us a tour of the building, demonstrated the elevators, and made certain that we were able to open and then lock our storage unit. Access Storage made our last minute move so much easier.

Doug was absolutely fantastic! The level of professionalism and customer service was top notch...there was a bit of a learning curve with the elevator and layout etc, but he was excellent in explaining!

This was my first time renting a storage unit. And it was an amazing experience during the set up and closure when I was done with it. During set up Douglas helped and made the process incredibly easy. They were very thorough, even offered a tour.

Douglas truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Despite arriving late to our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, he stayed hours past his shift to ensure we had access to our unit. He took the time to walk us through the introduction process without rushing, even though we knew he was working late just for us. His positive attitude made us feel welcome and never like an inconvenience, which we definitely were! Thanks again, Douglas—you saved us time, money, and a headache!

You cannot fight inflation but Access Storage employee, Douglas did everything in his power to soften the blow of raised rates and even offered a bottle of cold water to hydrate during negotiations. He suggested timely options that encouraged me to liquidate some of my dead storage and relocate the rest. Thank you gentleman Douglas.

I found the Kitchener office staff very helpful and the process itself smooth. Just make sure to check your access code is working during office hours so any potential (computer) glitch can be immediately sorted.

Clean, bright, easily accessed facility with well-maintained units and friendly staff. Rates are comparable to or better than other local storage, and the entire experience was pleasant. If I have needs for storage again, this would be my first stop!
