Welcome to Custom Fit. We are a team of experienced, professional trainers, nutritionists and dietitians dedicated to our craft. We work in a stunning facility specifically designed for personal training, and we are by appointment only
Our training style has a primary focus on core strength, functional fitness, and real food nutritional advice. Each program design is unique, but all are rooted in science. We offer new clients two training sessions + a dietitian consult + a DEXA scan for $249.
