I had an excellent experience at this physiotherapy clinic, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Dr. Ali is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped.

I have been with this Clinic for many years I have had several sports injury’s and have recovered in record of time. The electric acupuncture and laser therapy and manual manipulation to name a few is just incredible. Extremely friendly Therapist. State of the art Relevant equipments It’s all there.

Unprofessional Customer Service and unprofessional management

This is my second visit to this place, primarily because I follow Darya, who is an exceptional massage therapist. I’ve dealt with her at another location, and her work has always been outstanding. I even went ahead and booked seven appointments for January because of her.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is very disappointing. The front desk staff seems indifferent to customer concerns. Additionally, this place is overpriced compared to others. They charged my insurance but insisted I pay an extra $46 out-of-pocket, whereas other places only charge an extra $20.

During my previous visit, the owner approved a resolution for a similar issue. However, this time, when I raised the concern with the desk staff, they refused to address it. Even after calling the owner, his response was simply “no.”

Overall, this is an average, small business with unprofessional customer service. The only reason I continue to visit is Darya, as she is the best in her field.

I have been dealing with lower back disc issues, and ever since I started my treatment here, my condition has significantly improved. Amazing Office, amazing service, I was very satisfied with Ms. Pourandokht Sayyad Daryabakhsh. She took her absolute time with me, listened to all my needs and exceeded all of my expectations. I visited the clinic to deal with a few injuries I had, primarily my finger tendinosis which was a 3 month old injury that wasn't healing properly. It went from being a sharp pain on my index finger coupled with reduced range of movement, to more of just a dull ache and with me having full mobility and better use of my finger. The improvement allowed me to finally get back to using my hands without the need of keeping them in finger splints throughout the day.

Dr. Ali Saadati used a variety of treatments on my finger in each session, laser, electro-acupuncture, shockwave and using all of these in combination is what was key to me seeing the progress I saw. Ali has been very thorough with the treatments each session to ensure the best chances of healing, which I am very much appreciate of!

I noticed changes after the first session (with the finger as well as my knee which was worked on) and by session 4 the improvement was more pronounced.

I am continuing to visit as I have a bit more healing to do, just visiting a bit more spaced out. Hoping to get back soon to lifting in the gym again without issue.

I had a great experience working with this clinic. I was experiencing lots of pain in my forearm and wrist due to having tennis-elblow. After only 2 sessions with Dr.Ali, I noticed that I was in a lot less pain than I was in before. He is very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. This clinic has very nice staff and is overall a good environment to be in.
