Soul Studio is a vibrant space where people come together to move, connect and belong. It's a place where we focus on health and well-being, not weight or abilities. Everyone is welcome and we make fitness fun and enjoyable in hopes of people making it a part of their lifestyle! Soul Studio is now accessible anywhere in the world through virtual fitness.
Sareena Nickoli, owner of Soul Studio, started running her own business as "Zumba with Sareena!" in 2009. With a solid member base, she found the opportunity to open Soul Studio in December of 2014. In January 2018 she expanded and opened Soul Ryde, Vernon's First Indoor Cycling Boutique!
When the pandemic hit, Soul Studio quickly adapted to virtual live classes to keep members moving. Soul Studio is now a growing community online, welcoming people from all over the world! You can move with us locally in studio and LIVE virtually. Plus, you can join us anytime, anywhere with our on-demand library!
