I was very disappointed. I heard the drywall crack when they were moving a piano on June 13. They were about to leave and were not going to let me know. They took my number and agreed to come back the next day and fix it. Never heard from them. I left two messages and no response. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I hired them September 27th for 10 am and finally showed up at 11:30, then she tried to charge me for 3 people and I had everything packed and disassembled so I said no 2 was enough.
They got my items out with taking most items to the elevator.
When arriving at destination the very quickly moved stuff to building and my neighbor holding the door told me they were very rough with belongings,so when I plugged in my flat screen TV which was less than a year old the screen was all messed ( I will include before and after pics)
I have called and text the lady and she will not answer or respond to me as have been trying since Saturday.
All I can say is this company is terrible and hiring them was my biggest mistake but at the time did know nothing about them

Beyond excellent. I hired these guys in the middle of a very stressful move, I was all by myself that day. They quickly got to work, carefully got all 12 items moved in a short amount of time. What impressed me most was their willingness to help out with all the extra little things that needed to be done aside from moving the furniture. Their assistant Sharon even helped me put up a shower curtain and transfer food from one fridge to another! Very impressed with their customer service and will definitely be using them for any future moves.

They were AMAZING! Easiest move ever and a price we all can afford!!! Sharon was friendly, informative, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and satisfied all my concerns. I did have quotes from 4 companies she by far was the best!!!!! AND the movers were so outgoing and friendly they had my house filled and ready to go in no time. This company is extremely unprofessional and ran by a person who posts ads on Facebook offering people fast cash as an incentive to obtain quick and cheap labour. I wouldn't call that "experienced." She doesn't appear to screen these movers properly, meaning all the moves they do are slow, which she facilitates by standing around inside the truck "adjusting items." More on this later.

Unfortunately, I've had several experiences with this company because the owner advertises on Kijiji using different names. The first time I hired Local Experienced Movers, they were over three hours late with absolutely no notice or any communication. My texts and phonecalls asking for an update all went unanswered. The owner didn't apologize nor take any responsibility for this.

When the movers finally arrived, they didn't seem to be experienced at all, and struggled with moving and loading my furniture. The second time I inadvertently hired them to do a move-out on a large home, only one mover arrived and had to do everything by himself. He carried mattresses, dressers, a couch, side tables and large boxes on his own. This is especially surprising since I doubt the owner provides WCB or WSIB insurance to all her many rotating employees. Again, the company owner stayed in the trailer doing much of nothing, yet charged me for the cost of two movers.

I believe this company attempts to prolong the duration of moving jobs for financial benefit. They will not disclose all the charges to you until the move is finished and it's time to pay. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company, there are better options. The owner's poorly written responses to customer's negative experiences is a clear example of her lack of professionalism.

This company came to the rescue when we needed it most. On moving day there was a mix up with the U-Haul company and we we're very strapped as to what to do. I called Sharon and she was very accommodating at the last minute. Her and her workers were able to do the job in a timely manner and I was very very pleased with the service. Excellent experience. They were excellent for a moving company I had never used before. Scheduling was quick and simple, and there were no additional costs once they provided me with a quotation. Exceptional value when compared to what other businesses were quoting me. On moving day, communication was excellent. The movers were prompt and effective, and they carefully and methodically placed everything into my storage container to make the most of the available space.

Yesterday I was fortunate to have Sharon & her wonderful crew ,moving some very delicate & irreplaceable family heirlooms into a secured storage facility. T(his was the third time hiring them) I must say they were beyond professional packing and handling said items! They worked 7 hours straight before I was able to convince them to take a supper break! I only wish I could give Local Experienced Movers amore than 5 stars, they deserve 5+++ stars in my opinion. I’d give negative stars if I could.

These people were hired and paid to pack and move my aunt and not one proper moving box was used, expensive and valuable items went missing after they told my aunt they wanted to buy it from her. She caught them rummaging through her valuables multiple times, collectable scotch bottles were opened and consumed. Today, we went to the storage unit to take a few more items out and this is how they “properly packed and moved” for my disabled aunt.

They took money for this, stole from her and now Sharon won’t answer her or our calls.

Disgusting.
