Wish there were negative stars…..$382.44 for less than 1.5 hour of work and a drain pump for dishwasher that cost $29 from Bosch. DQuarius B claims it is $200 part. Interesting that when I called him to request my receipt I did ask about the part cost and immediately out of his mouth came the words “I’m not a thief”. Only reason I can think he went there right off is I suppose he knew he was taking advantage. I honestly didn’t mind paying the man for his time and really didn’t mind a slight upcharge however, DQ is rediculous. Had to call/text at least 4 times to get my receipt and at that, it wasn’t even itemized. DQ, you may even be able to keep it up for a while but like the rest of us, your maker will decide at some point. May he have mercy on your soul. Thief!!! Can also rest assured every person I ever get the chance will know how awful your business is. I’m filling out every possible review site I can.

Dquarius Butler is a JOKE!!!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dquarius was flaky from the start. He came to look at my washer on 3/4/2022, and diagnosed the problem after about 2 and a half hours, but needed to order a part (for which I paid over $400) and needed full payment the same day. He rescheduled work to officially be done on the 8th from 9am-1pm (according to the automated text I was sent), but he hadn't shown by 130 that afternoon, and whenI reached out, he responded at 430 saying he was rescheduling me for the next day. He showed up and charged us an additional $75 due to his misdiagnosis of the problem. We were told there was a guarantee on the parts for 30 days and a 15 day guarantee on his labor. The washer worked fine for 3 loads and broke down on 3/13. He promised to call on the 14th, didn't hear from him until the 15th when he promised we would be his first stop on the 16th. My wife called him around noon after I tried to call in the morning to get an eta, and he said he would be there after 2. At 445 I texted him and he said it would be after 6, then he has since stopped returning calls and text messages from me and my wife. If you want a professional who doesn't constantly double book, steal your money, and lie to you, I would HIGHLY recommend going through a different company.
