HIIT :30 is a fitness facility in Newburgh, In that has no class times, no contract, no app for class sign up or wait list to be added to. Just show up and workout at your convenience using daily pre-planned workouts, help from a HIIT :30 Coach to assist with all exercises and modifications to fit all fitness levels. We use Kettle Bells, Anaconda Ropes, Heavy Bags, Boxes and Weighted Balls to get the most from our total body workout. We adjust workouts to fit any fitness level and even use our own body weight for some exercises as needed. Our Circuits are run by a timer with 1 minute of work with a 20 second rest as we rotate to the next station/exercise. Come in anytime during business hours to try a FREE Workout and feel great!
