Just had my air conditioner relocated by Dale and Steve and I'm very impressed with the service. Both techs were extremely friendly and professional and they displayed a great level of pride in their work. They also shared some ideas for reworking my basement ductwork to minimise the number of bulkheads and possibly relocating my furnace. Will definitely be calling again for future work.

Upon our return from vacation we discovered that our air conditioning was not working. The MetroAir service representative, Ryan, was very prompt in arriving at our home and quickly discovered the source of the problem. Unfortunately the unit was not repairable. Ryan walked us through the various models available to us and made a recommendation of which unit to settle on. We followed his advice and the new unit was installed two days later. The installers were only here for a about a couple of hours. The system is now working perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Ryan and the other members of your team, we appreciate the great service that you provided to us.

From Sales, Advice, and Installation Metro Air was very professional and attentive to what I needed. They took their time to explain the product and service, and answered all my questions. The installation was quick and clean, and in fact they rerouted a number of drainage lines in the furnace room, and touched up previous poor workmanship.
I would refer these guys in a second, and have done so on a number of occasions... they won't embarrass you and you won't regret the referral.

MetroAir was excellent all around. From quoting on the job, to arranging an appointment, to installation of the final product, MetroAir demonstrated friendliness, professionalism and expertise. I am totally content with the whole experience. Thank you to the team for making this a trouble free experience.

MetroAir has been reliable with annual maintenance; after we moved, the new house needed a new furnace and A/C. MetroAir sent a pleasant, experienced techician to inspect the equipment and recommend a replacement. He did not over-sell, but recommended Lennox units that would suit the size of our home. We had a Lennox furnace before, which provided years of reliable service. The new furnace and A/C came without delay and an installation crew of 3 came, as-scheduled - they put down protection for our floors before removing the old equipment; and then they explained and installed the new furnace and A/C. Done the same day. Pleasant, helpful, friendly. Reassuring to get this done before Winter. If asked, I would recommend MetroAir and Lennox furnace and A/C to others.

The service provided by MetroAir is exceptional. They have always addressed my needs in a professional and timely manner. The Lennox furnace and A/C are working very well and I am really pleased. the iComfort wifi is also a very nice thermostat - I just wish that the user manual was a little more informative. For example, no where can I find information on the "save energy" mode for the LCD screen. I turned this function on once and was able to wake the screen from darkness by touching the first time but the following day I was not able to wake the display and could not find any information on how to do so. The display finally came back on its on. Unless I missed it, I can not find any information on this feature. Really nice thermostat but lacking in user information.

Three MetroAir installers came on-time for the work; they removed the old furnace and A/C, installed the new furnace and A/C, tested the units and explained how they worked. They put down a drop cloth keep the home clean and tidy and they removed the old units and old parts of ductwork etc. which were replaced during the installation. They kept me informed of their progress and answered my questions.

Definitely 5-Star service. Much appreciated.
