requested information on log placement on an older Valor fireplace and the two people on staff showed zero interest. They told me it was against policy, my unit was old and it would cost $125.00 to send someone out to show me how to place the logs. I contacted Miles Industries in North Van and they sent out the manual with complete instructions and a parts list. I promptly put my logs in the correct position and my fireplace works great. Thank you Mike Larsen at Miles Industries in North Van. Alpha is the last place I would recommend.
