Luced Heating Contractors Ltd

I had Luced install a new furnace 3 years ago. The problem was and is that after the installation the basement is cold; they came back to talk but there was no action, no resolution, a few excuses but no satisfaction. I held back 15% from the final payment. I contacted them at least six times.... The one thing they were successful in is ingnoring me.

Now they are threatening me with collection agency action so I am going to file a small debts claim against them for the amount they say I still owe them so that I can hire a real contractor to fix what Luced installed.
