funny how this comment is the only comment,, an makes it sound like is the perfect clinic,, yet the person cant even put their real name,, so how much did you pay the person to write this,, or which member of your family..
Your comment was brought to my attention by one of our clients. I can't imagine the reason for you posting a message like this, however I will answer your question as best I can.
The person (Larry67) who posted this glowing review of our clinic is not connected to our clinic ownership or staff otherwise than apparently as a satisfied client. I say "apparently" because we don't know who Larry67 is. We do appreciate that he or she took the time to post a positive comment about our clinic and we take pride in the fact that we rarely if ever hear complaints from our clients.
At Trillium Hearing we don't find the need to post comments about ourselves on the internet. We focus our efforts on providing comprehensive hearing care to every person who walks in our door. We find that if we take care of our clients our clients will reciprocate and take care of us.
Given that you did not identify yourself I can only wonder about your motivations in posting a comment like this and surmise that you are probably an owner or employee of another hearing clinic and not a typical consumer or hearing aid user. Either way I invite you to contact any Trillium Hearing Centre if you have any specific concerns about our business practices how we provide treatment.

I am an experienced hearing aid user who has been to a few different clinics throughout the GTA and found Trillium to be the most helpful. The clinicians were very knowledgeable and fixed the problems I had with my hearing aid that the other clinics weren't able to. It is safe to say that I will be going back to them for any services or future hearing aid purchases.
