Landlord will make u sign a two month lease then once your lease is up ,it's time to move, he will lie about utility costs ,every bill that is in his name is 400, doesn't make sense , he also pretends to rent out the other suite downstairs from us ,but it's one of his family members spying on you, he will lie to get you to rent and scam you like you Ve never been scammed , he cheap out and won't fix repairs , black mold growing in basement , plus expect your damage deposit back ,he's to money hungry
