My daughter bought me a "Royal Pedi" , it was nothing more than a really bad over priced
On the website it states a Royal Spa Pedicure (60 min) $52 "All the essentials with a foot & leg scrub, massage and hot stone treatment nail trim & polish change" I was there for just under 60 minutes but 25 of that was sitting in the waiting area. then they soaked my feet for 10min, did nail trim and put lotion on my feet and legs, applied polish and that was it,no hot rocks, no foot and leg scrub and no massage.
I have been getting pedi's once a month for over 10 years and this is the worse place I have ever been to.
Save you money go someplace else. I will never walk in their doors again

I went to this spa with my mother and we were told that we could both get massages in the same room but when we got there the lady in the front said we don't do 2 massages in 1 room. I was furious, it was suppose to be my mother's birthday present from me and my brother but not at 2nd Look Day Spa and what's worse is that they did not even apologize. The lady in the front just said "somebody booked you wrong" and that was that. Luckily there is a spa downstairs call Heads Above and they are fantastic. I told them what had happened and they felt bad and took us in right away. Best massage ever!

2nd Look comes out on top again! Great atmosphere, and awesome Customer Services which is a key thing for me, I can get a pedicure anywhere, but when it comes to feeling welcomed and pampered, I know that 2nd Look is the right spa for me. LOVED IT!

ive been going to this spa for 2 years and they have done wonders for me ive always had waxing done and turns out good but today i had threading done WOW is all i can say it was pain free and perfect amazing to go back to school with i would defs recamend this place to anyone

Its an OKAY spa but the lady who did my waxing was quite unprofessional. Including making me undress while she was still in the room. She also told me to be quiet, and to quit jumping around while she waxed me. Okay, not only did I not peep at all while she did it, but I held my breath...so why she asked me to be silent is beyond me. On top of that, HAVE YOU HAD A WAXING BEFORE? DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT HURTS? Damn.
Not going back there again....
