Fitness Focus Saskatoon

Was at this gym for many years. Recruited many people there and considered that gym my second home. However, I was enrolled in school for a month and would drive there at noon, workout til 1 then, walk to class which ended at 230. When I came back one day I saw a 65 dollar parking ticket on my vehicle, when I asked them about it they (garret) was rude and unhelpful. Apparently because I would leave my vehicle there for an additional hour it was a huge issue. They could have just asked me not to leave my car there. Instead of standing at the window and waiting until I left to give me a ticket. I made sure every day there was lots of open parking. But anyway I'm glad I left anyway. Everyone at this gym is heavy into steroids, you will get approached all the time in the change rooms.

Fitness Focus in the past was good for putting my account on hold when I went away to Toronto for school. Recently my account was supposed to be put on hold and they kept charging me. When I called, they would not reimburse me for the 2 payments they charged me for. Good customer service is hard to find now days. I will not be coming back.
